I've worked with Melissa and her team at GG Homes in the past, but most recently we collaborated on a distressed/hoarder type listing of mine. Melissa was a true professional every step of the way and an we achieved an excellent outcome for all parties involved. Plus, there is no guarantee your property will sell immediately if you list it on the MLS. You may end up getting more down the line, but have to pay the mortgage in the meantime.
