I was contracted to do property maintenance on a home that GG Advisory, LLC did a fix and flip last year and found a lot of shady business. The situation was extremely stressful with the owner of the property not being around and trying to communicate everything that was going on. First off, the bottom unit had sewage back up from the toilet and shower.
